Effective Fitness was established and led by John Rogers, who has worked in the fitness industry since the late 90s and has established a reputation for tailoring programmes for people of all ages and experience.

John, who runs his own successful gym, has always believed fitness and exercise should have a minimal disruption to life, and has helped hundreds to find a way of fitting workouts into their routines, and to enjoy a healthy, balanced diet without feeling restricted.
